David Luzi was very warm and welcoming from the first second we met him. He is extremely knowledgable in both the real-estate field as well as what to look for in the house which could be potential problems. He is very down to earth and doesn't try to sell you something just to sell it; he really has your best interest in mind. Dave was always accessible both on the phone and to meet in person. The main reason that I will (and have) recommended Dave to others is because, like I stated above, he really has your best interest at heart. He doesn't just point out the positives in a house, he also is honest if there are any issues and how they can be resolved!
